Ladies Introduction Course – Coming Soon!

5 week modular course covering - comfort eating, social changes around food, using food to manage feelings, how your self esteem and body esteem affect your eating, building stronger emotional relationships.

£125 per person

If you would prefer to work on understanding your eating on a 121 basis the courses can be completed in 1 hour sessions booked to suit your needs.
